October 2019 was a busy month for the residents of Rivington Park, as they started their Halloween preparations and were also supporting the MacMilliam coffee morning that was recently held.
Residents enjoyed carving their pumpkins ready for any little visitors who may have been trick or treating. The home was decorated and some of the residents chose to dress up for the day. It was lovely to see grandchildren and families enjoy the celebrations together!
Whilst those residents got their hands dirty carving their pumpkins, some of our other residents, who are keen bakers enjoyed decorating cakes to be sold at the MacMilliams coffee morning to raise money for a deserving charity close to many of our hearts.
Here at Rivington Park, we are continuously planning diverse in-house and external activities for our residents and family members to enjoy. It is important that we are able to provide a stimulating environment to all, where they feel happy and engaged.
